Refund policy

If we cannot deliver your item, you can ask for a refund by emailing mm2hubhelp@gmail.com with your order number.

Once we deliver an item to your Roblox account, the order is complete and generally cannot be refunded. If there is a problem with a delivered item, contact us and we will review it case by case.
