Shipping and delivery policy

MM2Hub items are digital and are delivered manually in the game. Nothing is shipped physically.

You enter your Roblox username on the product page when you order. After you order, we email you to confirm and arrange the trade. We then deliver the item by in-game trade or another manual method. Delivery time depends on when you reply and when we are online, so we cannot guarantee an exact time.

You need a working Roblox account, and you must be able to accept a trade. If you have not heard from us, email mm2hubhelp@gmail.com.
